Population Served:
Young adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities

Mission Statement:
We focus on positivity, community service, friendship, fellowship, learning, and having a lot of FUN!
Offerings:
Join us for year-round meetings, activities and opportunities to learn about life and our local community.
Members learn about parliamentary procedures and making motions during meetings. Members also work on fundraising to purchase supplies for community service projects and activities.
Some of our activities include:
Snowshoeing at Spooner Lake
Assembled & delivered holiday treats to a Senior Living Community
Learning about internet safety
Learning principles of public speaking
Volunteered at the Challenger Baseball Jamboree in California
Volunteered at the Ray Pezonella Memorial Charity Golf Tournament (Sparks NV)
Visited an Alpaca Ranch in Washoe Valley
Marched in the Nevada Day Parade
Summer BBQ & Rodeo Party at a ranch in Washoe Valley – where we got to feed and pet animals, and recite our own Cowboy Poetry.

We generally meet the 2nd Saturday*
of each month at Take 2 Studios (Address listed below)
*Some months we don’t meet if we have another activity near our meeting date.
